Unnerving Stare. The occuloid locks its gaze on a creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, taking psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a success. A creature that fails its saving throw is also frightened for 1 minute. If the frightened creature ends its turn in a location where it can't see the occuloid, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success.
