Spew Insects (Recharge 5-6). The boogie man unleashes a 20-foot cone of swarming insects from its bag-like body. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails this saving throw by 5 or more is blinded until the end of its next turn.    Additionally, the insects form swarms of insects in the area and act as an ally of the boogie man. They remain for 1 minute, until they or the boogie man die, or until the boogie man pulls the insects back into its body as an action.
